Our building inspections by REAC are conducted solely to ensure that the property is eligible for housing assistance funding and that fair housing standards are met. We now offer a new inspection called NSPIRE that measures the property's overall physical condition, including safety and health. Lastly, we offer a non-invasive visual examination of the condition of a home for pre-purchase, and real estate transaction inspections. A comprehensive Home Inspection Report is prepared by our highly trained inspector, and delivered within 24 hours.
